EASYCAP002 WINDOWS 7 DRIVER

I have read from other sights that Easier Cap DC usbtv does not work correctly with anything above windows What software provides this ability? If you downloaded it, could you please tell me which of them it was? How can this be resolved. Are you a Computer and Internet Expert?

The driver you state are for Windows 8 are for Windows 7 and Vista.
