There is a single connection for Dell's sound bar if you want to add some speakers to the screen and there's an audio-out socket if you'd rather connect headphones or an external speaker system to listen to the sound from delp HDMI and DisplayPort connections.

When comparing a mostly white and mostly black image the DCR seemed to be doing very little at all. Max brightness would be recorded on an almost all white screen. This also gave us a calibrated black depth of 0.
